Governor Doyle signs Malinda's Act

In March of 1999, Wisconsin witnessed a terrible traffic accident. A van carrying a traveling sales crew, many of them minors, lost control and crashed killing several and severely injuring others. After a long road and lengthy legislative wrangling, Governor Doyle signed SB4, "Malinda's Act," finally bringing some much needed regulation to the traveling sales crew industry in Wisconsin.
