Our client was assisting friends in building a home.  Workers were erecting trusses on the home.  Our client was passing material up to others working on the trusses.  The trusses were not securely fastened, tipped, and our client fell backward on her head onto the concrete floor below.  She sustained a traumatic brain injury.
